I started my career in 2007 as a medical representative.All was good until my manager started bullying me. Those incidents made me emotionally and mentally stronger.Anytime you have to deal with negative situations or adversity, you only become stronger – not only in your professional life but in life. We had to learn how to be busy and how to be okay with being alone.
After marriage it was difficult to continue my job so the idea for business was just to do something and make myself financially independent.Everyone is faced with problems. Some people look for solutions and some people look for causes and who to blame.l chose the first way out. Borrowed 5 lakhs rupees and started my own company (Rumatec Vetcare ).
Life is made in navigating through them, you must not remain stuck and stop living.
It was not easy in the beginning but after several ups and downs now Rumatec is known for high-quality result oriented Bovine products that benefits high milk yielding cattle, therapeutic Pet products and natural grooming products. With our innovative products, we are contributing to finding solutions to some of the major challenges of pets faced by pet parents.
Today we have a team of 34 field force people working with more than 1500 vets in our network in the Northern part of India slowly covering other parts of the country Small or large, you have your problems. We all do. The most important realization is that everyone you meet, every single one, is dealing with something you know nothing about. Some people carry their problems openly, promoting them to the world. Others internalize and carry them deeply, and take their problem as a stepping stone to success.
